Terms of Service

Software is made available strictly to existing faculty, staff and currently registered King’s
University College students. Users may, under no condition, share or publish personal account
Under the terms if this license users agree not to:
i. modify or copy the materials
ii. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or noncommercial);
iii. attempt to de-compile or reverse engineer any software contained on Academicplagiarism
iv. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the material
v. transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
vi. Open multiple accounts. Academicplagiarism reserves the right to terminate such accounts
without prior notice.
vii. Share faculty, staff or student accounts without explicit written authorization from
Academicplagiarism. Allowing unauthorized access to faculty or students accounts will lead to
immediate termination of those accounts without prior notice.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and you account may be terminated by academicplagiarism.com at any time and without prior notice.
Use of Academicplagiarism.com services is limited to Authorized Users only who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or who are between 14 and 17 years of age with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
Under the terms if this license, you agree that in no event shall Academicplagiarism or its staff members be liable for any inaccuracies or inconsistencies in the plagiarism reports including false positives, and unavailable URLs.
As a King’s University faculty or staff, you are the sole responsible for the accuracy of plagiarism reports generated by you for your own students. You are equally the sole responsible for managing and deleting plagiarism reports.
As a school administrator or instructor, you agree to be solely responsible for determining presence of actual plagiarism in a scanned document. You also agree that you are aware that plagiarism reports generated by Academicplagiarism.com serve only as an instrument to check instances of potential plagiarism, and that it your responsibility to check all the sources featured on the plagiarism report to verify the accuracy of the match.
As a school administrator or instructor, you may not scan students' files without their consent and previous knowledge.
As a school administrator or instructor, you agree not to share plagiarism reports with any third parties.
Under the terms if this license, you agree that students’ files will be archived internally for the sole purpose of improving the accuracy of plagiarism detection. Academicplagiarism does not take title to the files submitted and shall not add any files submitted under this license agreement to its own private database. All files submitted under this license shall be permanently destroyed upon expiration of this contract, unless licensee agrees to a yearly renewal.
